A KOOKY TYPECON

Adding emphasis to the title, Gadzooks, a not-so-common typography phrase, by playing with hand type and color. A Gadzook is a connecting piece that attaches two characters together in a ligature, it is also not a part of the original letter. It only exists in a ligature (blog.thepapermillstore.com) The goal of the design was to use the title of the booklet for a TypeCon convention. There are 3 components, a booklet, lanyard, and a PopSocket. Adding in a PopSocket to be a piece to take with you after the conference ties into the idea of it being a fun and kooky conference.
